Typora 1.9.5 freezes upon first launch after hibernation

Describe the bug
Typora 1.9.5 freezes upon first launch after hibernation. This issue does not exist in version 1.8.

To Reproduce

1. Put the computer into hibernation and then resume.
2. Launch Typora.
3. Typora freezes at this point, unable to accept any input. The area below the toolbar is blank, and although toolbar options can be expanded, clicking them has no effect.
4. Closing Typora and launching it again resolves the issue.

Expected behavior
Typora should not freeze.
