Spacing between entry and back-references (fill with dots)

I would like to have spacing between the glossary entry and back references similar to how it looks like in outline. Is it possible?

For the suggested version below, it's untested, so it's unclear what issues might arise, but it looks fine to me ATM. It's a long standing feature that I woulld like to introduce to glossarium, more themes! See #83.
