Add to support for Galician patterns

Galician has hyph-gl.tex

It states its under the 'unlicense' license, so I guess its good. Let me know if there is any issue with adding this.

I will try to contact the original creator (Javier Múgica) and ask about re-licensing his work to LPPL, MPL, MIT or BSD-3 (the ones in the README)

While the Unlicense is perhaps not great, it's okay for us to have it in a dependency. So no need for a change.

In that case, is there anything left to do in #27 ?

I haven't yet had time to review it. And one other thing is that every bundled pattern directly increases the binary size of hypher and Typst and I'm not yet sure where to draw a line. Granted, the Galician ones are pretty small, but more as a matter of general policy.

I guess you would eventually want the tries to be downloaded (or even generated) on the fly instead of being bundled with the binary.
