Java / Kotlin / Android implementation now available

Not an issue, but a suggestion for people that need a Java implementation of this library (like I do):

I translated the JS library to kotlin and made it available on GitHub for everyone to use. That way, conversion can be done in Java or Android apps as well. See https://github.com/jwtue/osmtogeojson-java for more information
