Eats all memory and dies

I have an 80GB osm.pbf file and I am trying to convert it to geojson but as I don't have 256 GB of ram it wont convert it, the --help gives nothing useful and I don't see documentation here

Is there a way to limit the memory usage? I have 32 GB of ram
