Ninject container

Hi, I work heavily with Ninject and I think it would be nice if you could provide a native implementation for Ninject

I already checked the code on how to register a new container and it seems pretty straightforward.

I'm wondering if anyone else is working on this feature I'd like to contribute, I already started the work, I have some tests but before continue I'd like to know if there's anyone else working on this so I can finish and pull a request
