[Bug] GEMINI_API_BASE_URL does not seem to take effect when deploying on Vercel

GEMINI_API_BASE_URL does not seem to take effect when deploying on Vercel,but API Proxy Url works in settings.

The API may be forwarded to Vercel in Hong Kong. The Gemini official API is restricted to regional use. You can consider using a third-party transit API, such as Cloudflare's AI Gateway service.

However, my previous project worked fine with the official API when running on Vercel. The demo website has now been migrated to Cloudflare Pages. Therefore, I can't confirm whether the error is caused by an issue with the Vercel platform.
