cannot work with -var_stream_map

when use -var_stream_map "a:0,default:yes a:1" in the command it with throw this error.

[hls @ 0000017fd0d90cc0] Invalid keyval "a:0
[hls @ 0000017fd0d90cc0] Variant stream info update failed with status ffffffea

But when I use it in the raw ffmpeg command, it works well.

Can you attach a sample code that you are trying to run?

I tried several variants and this code worked for me (on Linux). Can you test it on Windows?
