Description

apologies if this is out of the scope of uBO filters or if theres no way to fix it, but thought id ask anyway.

when searching on DermNet and opening a search result (in same or new tab), it redirects you from google to the target webpage. considering the nature of the site, I see this as a privacy concern.

it looks like the href is set to the target page only until clicking it.
