Search auto-complete does not support keywords

Describe the bug
In a portlet definition, search honors words in a "keywords" parameter. Auto-complete for the search launcher does not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a "keywords" parameter with a distinguished value (e.g. "shoe") to a portlet-definition suitable for testing (e.g. newsreader portlet)
2. Import test portlet-definition file
3. Clear all caches or restart Tomcat
4. Search for distinguished value (e.g. "shoe")
5. Note if it appears in the auto-complete dropdown
6. Search for the term
7. Confirm the test portlet is listed in the search results

Expected behavior
Test portlet should show in the auto-complete dropdown list when searching for keywords
