Up to maintainer whether to consider this a work item for this package. ua-parser depends on pcre-light which has a native dependency on libpcre3, which is end-of-life and confusingly superceded by libpcre2. Either of the dependencies in this chain might be the best one to break, but perhaps ua-parser could consider replacing pcre-light - I'm not really sure what that is yet and if there's any particular reason it's needed, just going ahead and throwing this issue out there for awareness.
