Unify test status #49
Description
Currently each entry in the test matrix has to be added to the branch protection, and when updating the test matrix (as in #44) the requirements have to be updated in the project settings.
This is an unnecessary pain in the ass, there should just be a job with a dependency on the py-tests which flips to success when all the py-tests have succeeded, that way the branch protection does not need to be updated when touching the test matrix (cf ua-parser/uap-python@a9bfdcd)
