Navigate through competition gate

The competition gate has symbols that we can use to navigate through it. Pick one (doesn't matter which) and navigate steelhead through it.

• Requires the dataset from computer vision
• Should keep going a bit after the image is out of vision so we get to the path marker

Task

• Create a node that detects the symbol of the starting gate (doesn't matter which one)
• Using that bounding box, provide forward thrust while the bounding box is center until and a little after it is out of view
• Create a gazebo launch file that demonstrates steelhead autonomously navigating through the gate and a little bit after it using competition_task_gate.world
