You... don't need to learn to code... just open the sln file and build it. Really quite straight forward:

Build (top taskbar) -> Batch Build -> Select the Release configuration and press build. The build will appear inside the bin folder in the project files.

Or you can just select release in the dropdown menu at the top toolbar and press the play button marked CreamInstaller.

Awesome dude, thanks for that information. Was my first time ever building something off of GitHub and it worked. I usually just download off projects when they have something pre-built in their releases. Worked fine for me (after turning off my AV before downloading) and built the exe, just took me a while to find it lol.
