Contributing: `CLA` / `CCLA` Inquiry

I would like to contribute on behalf of my employer and I noticed this project has a CLA: https://cla-assistant.io/uber/hermetic_cc_toolchain.
 
**Question:** Does Uber also have a [Corporate CLA / CCLA](https://osr.finos.org/docs/bok/artifacts/clas-and-dcos#two-types-of-cla)?
