Updated issue description

The discussions in this issue resulted in two separate issues.

• fix minting by allowing mint only with UUSD and prevent minting with WXDAI or other tokens
• add SKU 18736 "Virtual Visa Globe Pay US". Dren from Reloadly said it covers 130 countries but I have confirmed with their live support. Danial from Reloadly contacted the the card provider and informed me that it is not allowed to be redeemed in 27 countries, rest can redeem it. So this covers a large list of countries (about 168). Let's add this too?
