Add moco/http mocker image

We should take some inspiration from: https://github.com/rezzza/docker-moco

But it would be very cool if this docker image should not have to share a docker volume. To fix that, the best thing is probably to wrap moco by a proxy http server which is responsible of accepting mocks through some special http calls.
