Generate day/night wallpapers from existing assets

Replicate the XML GNOME wallpaper feaures as seen in this repository: https://github.com/ublue-os/packages/tree/main/packages/bluefin/wallpapers

And then add them to this repository. Replace the /usr/share system path with the user's ~/.local/share path, and mimic the background fading effect done by the original repo. The intent is for these wallpapers to be shipped alongside the wallpapers in the repository I linked you to, but in the user's home directory.

Ignore all RPM packaging, you are mirroring the structure in the repository. Make sure you lint the XML files properly. Do not convert any file types.

Don't worry I've seen this before! We need to remove the alpha channel for all of them, otherwise this happens on fade:
