Switch from Discover to Bazaar

Hello everyone, I read that Discover has been wiped out from the base image. I have it installed and not as a layered package. Is this normal?

I can run bazaar via terminal with
❯ flatpak run io.github.kolunmi.Bazaar
but there is no icon in the menu. Is this also normal? Thank you for reading these lines

Yes this works as expected, it is currently hidden.
When we introduced bazaar users could switch between them, although bazaar was the default.

The just recipe for switching is also hidden now.
Discover will be removed soon

I had kept Discover when the option was available to choose (it's what I was used to).

I don't mind using bazaar now, but now I can't access it through the Application Launcher.

If you're gonna force that switch (fine), you need to bring Bazaar back to the launcher for those who had been using Discover. It's frustrating to discover that it's no longer available, and that the ujust command to change that is gone, and have to dig around to find Bazaar and manually add it.

This is the script you ran a couple months ago.

You will have to delete ~/.local/share/applications/io.github.kolunmi.Bazaar.desktop, it's hidden because it has the NoDisplay=True property
