How to remove sub menu entry

Hi All,
I am an Aurora OS Newbie. I installed Abiword (document editor) in Bazaar, for reasons I won't bother mentioning here I decided to remove it and go for something else, so I used the delete button in Bazaar, not sure if I needed to, but I then rebooted, I assumed as Aurora is immutable that may be a necessary step, anyway, it was gone, so all good, but then I later right clicked on a document in Dolphin, only to see the open with option still showing Abiword, I know this isn't a huge problem as I can simply use open with other, but I would rather get rid of entries for programs that no longer exist. If anyone can help with this I would be very grateful, but I should point out, I'm not too confident editing stuff in a terminal, so if that's the only way, please don't assume I'm as clever as you, I need simple to follow guidance if you don't mind.
