GRUB font size very small

I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop with a 14" display. The native resolution is 2880x1800. This makes the tty font very small, and the GRUB font is equally tiny.

I do not have the best eyesight. In desktop environments I scale the display to 150%. I really struggle to read the GRUB menu.

What can I do?
