Reconfigure pull app

we should look into making the pull app create a separate branch and this PR merges into stable,

The pull app doesn’t seem to support it creating a new branch, so we may need to create a staging branch or something and the the app would create a PR from there?

Looking into this more (and maybe I’m overthinking this) not sure how this would work. The main issue with a separate branch would be keeping it up to date.

If it's not directly supported by wei/pull then we simply don't do that in my opinion at least
