investigate necessity of v4l2loopback kmod

and if it's not necessary, why do we still include it? Are there still edge cases where it would be still needed?

I remember there was a debacle when we were discussing removing the kmod from akmods. Atleast back then something still didn’t support the userspace stuff.

Might have been OBS. Not sure what the situation is now, but I think we could just remove it
