Bazaar preinstalled apps issue

Describe the bug

As far as I know, Bluefin and Aurora share the same Bazaar blacklist.
This works well on Bluefin, but on Aurora, preinstalled apps such as Kate aren't hidden in Bazaar.
So, one possible solution would be to move all the preinstalled apps to Flatpak, if there is one, or at least hide those apps.

(Another minor bug: I can't install the VSCodium Flatpak on Bazaar since the VSCode in Bluefin-DX is preinstalled and hidden from Bazaar.)

What did you expect to happen?

A more polished and cohesive experience, similar to Bluefin.

Bazaar hides preinstalled apps using a static blacklist configuration file, which lists app IDs to be hidden. Both Aurora and Bluefin share this system, but the process is manual—if preinstalled apps like Kate or Okular aren't on the blacklist, Bazaar will still show their Flatpak versions as installable. Bazaar only knows about Flatpaks, not RPMs, so RPM-installed apps need to be explicitly added to the blacklist to avoid duplicates or confusion. There's no automation for syncing the blacklist with preinstalled apps; maintainers have to update it manually when the set of preinstalled apps changes. This also explains why you can't install VSCodium Flatpak if VSCode is preinstalled and hidden—the blacklist blocks both to prevent duplicate installs. Migrating more preinstalled apps to Flatpak or keeping the blacklist updated would help harmonize the experience between Aurora and Bluefin. Bluefin and Aurora have both their own blacklist. The base is pretty much the same but they are not the same file.

I see, sorry for the mistake.
If I may ask, why not use the Flatpak version of Kate and some other RPMs?
If the answer is that they don't work well with Flatpak, why not add them to the blacklist?

It is more that we forgot to add it 😄 Kate for example comes actually from the our base (main) images. We could remove it from there and add it as a flatpak, or just block the flatpak Kate. Will see which one would be a better option. Kate is kind of "more then just a text editor" so it might be better as a native package.

Any other "native" packages that we might have missed?

thanks, i have added these to the blocklist in the PR. Konsole is actually already on the list, so it should not show up in Bazaar.

What I saw was QML Konsole, not Konsole.
