LTS branch build failing. just rebuild-iso errors

Describe the bug

I want to create a ISO of the LTS image. When I run just build-iso it error since it wants to pull a local image.
Before I ran just build-iso I did build the image via just build.

Error: unable to copy from source docker://localhost/bluefin:lts: initializing source docker://localhost/bluefin:lts: pinging container registry localhost: Get "https://localhost/v2/": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority

What did you expect to happen?

A build ISO that I can then put on my USB
