Rebase command in the release notes took me off of the hwe branch

`sudo bootc switch --enforce-container-sigpolicy ghcr.io/ublue-os/$IMAGE_NAME:lts.20251214`

I needed to revert and ran this command as documented in the release notes and it took me off of the hwe image and onto the stock image. We probably need to account for hwe in the release notes thing?
