Preset keyboard shortcuts to gradia

Let's add it to bazaar, but preset the keyboard shortcut to overwrite the stock one so it's ready to go ootb. This change should be done in the ublue-os/packages repo.

I think it would be better to ask the dev to add that option to the app.
People who don't use Gradia would loose the keyboard shortcut.

we could use super+printsc to be a bind for gradia, would remove conflicts with other print keybindings and still communicates that there is something special about it because of super
