Just wanted to give bluefin a try. Fist thing I noticed is that the screen brightness is constantly adjusting in hard steps. It is very annoying. I switched it off completely because there is no option to smoothen the auto adjustment but I switches itself on sometimes.

Screen brightness works reasonably on FW 13 for me, so I will try to play more with this after FOSDEM (after 3/2)

In my case it was constantly there. From the moment I installed bluefin, every time the brightness in the room changed slightly, the auto adjust tried to 'adjust' but in a very rough manner. So instead of adjusting over a short timespan over multiple small steps it adjusted immediately in big steps back and forth. Deactivating it all together would have been acceptable for me but that didn't work. On my current setup both (deactivating and auto adjust) work well.
