Describe the bug
I have ThinkPad USB4 Dock connected to Framework Laptop, with two Apple Cinema Displays connected to dock:

With just 27" display connect all is good.
With 24" connected as well (with 27" being primary), the 24" display always flickers (horizontal shifting) when it's first turns on. Mostly changing screen resolution to something else and then back again seems to cause it to settle down, but sometimes it comes back after a while.
What did you expect to happen?
Both monitors should give stable video output when computer is booted/wakes up from suspend.
Output of bootc status
