Emoji picker Smile is set up as shortcut in Gnome but wasn't installed

Describe the bug

A keyboard shortcut for the Emoji Picker Smile is set up in the GNOME settings (Settings > Keyboard > View and Customize Shortcut) for Ctrl+Alt+Space. However, when I press Ctrl+Alt+Space on a relatively fresh Bluefin (made the jump from Windows last month), nothing happens.

The shortcut points to the command flatpak run it.mijorus.smile but this doesn't work, because Smile isn't installed and needs to be installed first through Bazaar.

What did you expect to happen?

Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Space should open the Smile Emoji Picker.

Given that a shortcut is defined I would expect Smile to already be installed.

Oh this is interesting, we had experimented with putthing that in by default but never got the keyboard shortcut to work?

Ah, I see. I think it's a very useful feature for our modern emoji filled days 😆 Once I installed Smile, the shortcut worked.

So... I made a PR with Smile in the flatpak list... but it's my first time ever in a distro repo, very new to this... I usually use git for web dev stuff. Let me know if I am doing anything wrong or things need to be a certain way. Also, this is still untested if the Picker actually shows up when bluefin comes fresh out of the box like this.

I don't have a dev environment to fully try it right now with a clean slate. I am interested in running custom builds anyway (Cosmic looks sooo promising) to test things, but I probably shouldn't do that on my main workstation. 😬
