After updating to F43 flatpak apps have wrong styling.

Hi, after recently updating to 43.20251202 my QT flatpak apps have a wrong styling on them. Previously apps like KeePassXC and Synology Drive had native GNOME titlebars and right-click menus. Now it looks like this:
