Bazaar not opening but running in the background

Describe the bug

When double clicking on Bazaar, I expect the app to open, but nothing, although checking settings I see it "running" as a background app. Once I got it to open via Settings => Apps => Bazaar => Open, but for the most part, no luck.

Yes, we disabled the bazaar service. You will no longer have shell search results as it will no longer run in the background.

After starting Bazaar, it remains in the background, even after closing the app, and the shell search works.

It's curious that after closing Bazaar, it remains a background process yet doesn't prevent me from restarting the Bazaar app if I need it.

That was a weird bug -- you hate the ones that don't affect everybody b/c they are harder to figure out.

It's supposed to be that way unless you explicitly Ctrl-Q. I think the issue is on startup so I'd like to see how the service runs after that first time.

I have no issues restarting Bazaar after closing it.
