Add template os-release and image-info.json files

The os-release file is used in a bunch of places to pull information of the system, and if atm if not changed manually it will be pulled from whatever image you are using, which means your image will be using the base brand/branding as well.

The image-info.json file likewise is very useful for further integrating with ublue infrastructure and scripts like the titanboa gh action.
