prepare for switchover to bcvk

https://github.com/bootc-dev/bcvk/ now exists, I'd like to switch over bits of the template here to using it.

Though bootc-dev/bcvk#9 will be needed for the full general case. And hmm should probably add bcvk vmspawn to pair with bcvk libvirt.
