Wrong Icon showing in Kubuntu panel

Hi I installed the snap of Musicpod in Kubuntu 26.04 Beta. When opening the application it shows the yellow Wayland icon in the taskbar.
I restarted Kubuntu to refresh but still the same result.
Nebuchadnezz does the same thing, shows the Wayland Icon/logo in the taskbar, Not sure if they are related as they are both snap/flutter applications.

I also have both of these applications installed in Ubuntu 26.04 Beta and the Icons are correct, so this make me wonder if it is a Kubuntu specific issue and, I should post this bug there?

Just an update, after a bit of reading, as a work around I copied the icons to /usr/share/pixmaps and updated the icons in the Applications menu. this solved the icon issue, even though the icons in the Applications menu are correct. The icons in the taskbar when the applicaion is open are wrong. updating the icons in the Application menu fixes this.

I've had the same issue with the Thunderbird snap aswell but other snaps are fine, it seems a bit of a hit and miss with Snap packages and Kubuntu. From what I understand after researching this, it seems to be a Snap sandboxing issue with Kubuntu, so not directlly and issue with MusicPod.

It's an easy workaround to fix the issue and seems to be the best solution at the moment.
