Eye of Gnome is a good product - BUT I want to get rid of the pop up arrows, when mousing over it.

EOG - needs an on / off switch for these arrows, when working on the image.
Generally the < = > arrow keys could suffice in their own right.
 The pop up arrows do get in the way.

How can it be coded to run the arrow keys without the pop up arrows?
