Using tinyPersons dataset to train for detecting human heads and counting human

I think the tinyPersons dataset is extremely helpful. I see that the bounding box is now for the whole person. How can I modify the annotations ?

Also, can I mix this with other dataset, such as Shanghai Tech A and B ? Especially for the dense scenes. ?
