Overhaul Reports

Fix incorrect barrier values displaying on reports
Fix potential barriers not showing on reports
Implement support for multi-course viewing on reports
Add ability to filter line graph by date range
Remove "fake" fill-in dates for reports, only dates on which a report was generated should appear
