Some text strings overflow the answer cards but don't trigger the mouse-over behavior in the player

There's a "dead zone" as far as character string length that causes strings to overflow the container but don't trigger the container. Some examples of these:

`What are the tympanometry classifications?`
`What should you scan the audiogram immediately for?`
`What are the nerves that are associated with the middle ear?`
