Optional feedback requires a value at least once in the creator. #73
Description
When creating a new widget instance, during the 'tutorial' segment when adding the first question, the 'Enter some optional feedback' callout balloons will not disappear and any additional actions such as choosing a value for the right side or creating a new question etc. will not be possible until some value is provided for the left side's feedback text. This same thing happens for the right side's feedback text.
Having callouts for these areas is fine, but allow users to skip adding these values or at the very least don't disable functionality until values are added.
