Modernization pass: decaffeinate, update MWDK and dependencies

Word Guess is quite old, and while it does include a webpack config, it should really be updated with the following:

• Decaffeinate coffeescript back into regular javascript. This is relatively straightforward thanks to eponymous tools like decaffeinate.
• Remove unnecessary node dependencies and update the rest.
• Update Word Guess to use the most recent version of the MWDK and update the webpack config to support it.
