Finish Testing for Multiclassing #1725
Description
Right now, we have a complete multiclassing module called multiclassing.c. We simply need to implement testing for this module's functions with the ideal end product of having testing to guarantee zero bugs in the multiclass function, since it is by far the most important function in the module.
