DONE Debian/Ubuntu/Mint packaging

Hello,

We, the Data Reduction and Analysis Group at Synchrotron SOLEIL, have pushed DeepDish into Debian/Ubuntu/Mint.

It is currently available at:

• https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/deepdish
• https://packages.debian.org/unstable/python3-deepdish

and can be installed with apt install python3-deepdish.
