Encoder/Decoder for libtiff #1614
Description
I saw in an issue a while back (can't seem to find it now) that support for openjpeg in libtiff would be a nice to have.
For me, it means that I would be able to write JPEG2000 images and open them in GIMP
I opened an issue on libtiff, but i'm wondering if anybody here already has a fork that does this and perhaps we can clean it up and submit it upstream (if they like it)

I'm semi-tempted to publish an ubuntu ppa for this support since it would help me personally.
