[BUG] Finance vertical logic for managing user does not make sense.

Describe the bug
I'm logged in as Juan.Doe and I navigate to Manage User screen. I should not be able to suspend my self!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to self serve registration process.
2. On Home > Click Open and Account Today and complete the registration process.
3. Log in as the new user and navigate to User Management. Click user > Profile > User Management Manage Users.
4. On Account: Manage Users, you are able to update, suspend, reset password the current logged in user. 👎

Expected behavior
Logged in users should not be able to update, suspend, reset password themselves. Does not make sense.

Would you like me to remove the user or just gray them out?

@dzadikdev Greying out is interesting option but I thinking we should just filter it in Jinja or data before Jinja renders.

My only concern is that this is not done on the dashboard and possibly could confuse people that you as a user don't even show up.
