Describe the bug
There is a chapter "Fuzzing With Input Fragments", it is available by a direct link https://www.fuzzingbook.org/html/LangFuzzer.html. However, this chapter is not listed in a Table of Contents and in the list of chapters of "Part III: Syntactic Fuzzing" and Sitemap.
To Reproduce
Open aforementioned links and check.
Currently, the chapter is invisible for readers.
Expected behavior
The link to the "Fuzzing With Input Fragments" should be available in the Table of contents.
