Data not syncing with redis

We were facing data duplication on server restart. We started using the Redis extension from hocuspocus as @BitPhinix suggested BitPhinix/slate-yjs#318 (comment). Currently, there is one weird issue. Just wanted to check if anyone else also facing the same.

At random times (rarely), the connection to Redis gets disrupted (or so it seems from the logs), although hocuspocus receives data from the browser and saves data to the backend (through onChange). Hence, reloading or refreshing the browser fetches the older data, since Redis did not have the latest updates.
