Feature Request: add line placeholder

Description

in the placeholder extention you can configure the content's placeholder like that

Placeholder.configure({
  placeholder: 'what are you thinking for now?',
})

and then you can display the placeholder for the first line only (Content's placeholder) or for every new line (line placeholder)

.tiptap p.is-editor-empty:first-child::before{
 // applied for the first line only when the editor is empty
}

.tiptap p.is-empty::before{
 // applied for each new line
}

We can add an option for line placeholder

Placeholder.configure({
  placeholder: 'what are you thinking for now?',
  linePlaceholder: `add new block ...'
})

and ...

.tiptap p.is-editor-empty:first-child::before {
  color: #adb5bd;
  content: attr(data-placeholder);
  float: left;
  height: 0;
  pointer-events: none;
}

.tiptap p.is-empty::before {
  color: #adb5bd;
  content: attr(data-line-placeholder); //<------------------------------ note here
  float: left;
  height: 0;
  pointer-events: none;
}
