Adding H1 right after page header breaks layout style

Description of the Bug

When you are in the first row right after the page header, if you select Heading 1 style, the cursor goes to a wrong position, it is reproducible even in the docs.

1. Go to this page -> https://tiptap.dev/docs/pages/getting-started/overview
2. Clear all the page contents
3. Select the very first line (below the header), but dont type anything
4. Click H1 button
5. Bug happens, cursor goes to the right of the page outside the page
