AGENT SKILL - based on API service for each repo

Check for OpenAPI or other standards common for LLM agent skills to make our repos' APIs ready to be wrapped up in the agentic skill markdown for LLMs to use

Frontend UI should include documentation of API usage as well as README.md in the service directories

The schema of entry points in each repo should be standardized and optimized for SKILL.md wrappers on separate branches agent-skill
